Clean Eating Offerings



I encourage those I work with to be involved in the process of intentionally and lovingly choosing their food and preparing it. However, some people really don't like cooking or need some help to get there. For those of you who need some additional love in this area I offer a few options:


1) Personal or Group Cooking Instruction at your house or some predetermined location.
    Due to Quarantine I am offering online classes. 

2) Hire me as your personal chef. Yes, really. I love cooking and have been transforming comfort  
    food into healthy food for 14 years now. It's my passion and gift. I'm also currently working as a
    Chef in 2 area eateries, and my combined commercial kitchen experience is over 5 years.
    This will resume after quarantine.


3) Order some small-batch, delicious, inflammation free food. I offer experience and success with
    the following: Vegan, Paleo, anti-inflammatory, Elimination diet (a no starvation cleanse to locate
    what's adding inflammation to your body), and in general a Whole Foods approach. Let me know
    what you need and I will make it, as I am updating the menu weekly depending on needs of my
    clients. I offer drop off at your door for a small fee. Payments on PayPal, so perfect for those
    wanting to eat clean during quarantine. 


My offerings:

Available EVERY week:

Veggie Fritters (GF & vegan), $3/ fritter
Veggie Burgers (both black bean ($7) and sweet potato patties ($6)-vegan and GF)


MONTHLY  Soup Schedule (all prices are for 1 quart and all are GF and Vegan unless noted): 

Week 1: Potato Leek Soup w/ luscious mushrooms and onions topping ($15) and Butternut Squash Soup ($10)

Week 2: Broccoli Cheddar soup (vegetarian $16) and Split Pea soup ($10)

Week 3: Creamy Cauliflower soup ($15) and Curried Lentils w/ sweet potato and kale soup ($10)

Week 4: GF Chicken noodle soup (not vegetarian $15) and Veggie soup ($14)


Weekly Menu for week of 6/1 (order no later than Monday June 1st by 1pm please)

Soup: 
Potato Leek Soup w/ luscious mushrooms and onion topping ($15/qt) OR Butternut Squash ($10/qt)

Salad:
Creamy lime coleslaw ($4 per serving or $12 for 1/2 qt)

Entree: 
BBQ Chickpea and Cauliflower Tacos with Creamy coleslaw, $16 per serving (3 tacos)

Dessert:
Sesame Cookies, $1 per cookie or $9/ dozen

*Everything listed above is GF and Vegan EXCEPT the tacos themselves. This makes a delicious taco salad if you want to forgo the actual tacos.
