Clean Eating Offerings

I encourage those I work with to be involved in the process of intentionally and lovingly choosing their food and preparing it. However, some people really don't like cooking or need some help to get there. For those of you who need some additional love in this area I offer a few options:

1) Personal or Group Cooking Instruction at your house or some predetermined location.

2) Hire me as your personal chef. I love cooking and have been transforming comfort  
    food into healthy food for 18 years now. It's my passion and gift. I'm also currently working as a
    Chef and my combined commercial kitchen experience is over 10 years.

3) Order some small-batch, delicious, inflammation free food. I offer experience and success with
    the following: Vegan, Paleo, anti-inflammatory, Elimination diet (a no starvation cleanse to locate
    what's adding inflammation to your body), and in general a Whole Foods approach.  I offer drop off at        your door for free, if you're in Parkville, Hamilton, or if I come to your area for multiple families.     
    Payments accepted via PayPal and Venmo.

Veggie Burgers- Gluten Free and Vegan (black bean ($7) and sweet potato ($6))

Spring Kale salad (kale, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apples, cranberries,  w/ lemon olive oil garlic dressing). $15


Beet Pastrami Reuben  (on GF bread: Russian dressing, sauerkraut, beet "pastrami", cashew cheese OR Swiss w/ side of creamy lime coleslaw, $15


Energy Balls $4/ ball

*Everything listed above is gluten free, soy free, and Vegan unless noted. 


MONTHLY  Soup Schedule (all are gluten free and Vegan unless noted): 

Week 1: Potato Leek Soup w/ luscious mushrooms and onions topping $8/ pint or $16/qt OR Creamy Cauliflower w/ spring onion topping (will alternate depending on requests- pricing same)

Week 2: Broccoli Cheddar soup (vegetarian or vegan- $10/pint, $20/qt) 

Week 3: Curried Lentils w/ sweet potato and kale soup ($8/pint or  $16/qt)

Week 4: Split Pea Soup ($8/ pint or $16/qt)
