Day 123 of Gratitude!!!

I'm grateful to know I don't have to come up with "ways to deal with life", but rather I can change the way I live to suit me and my family. 

I'm grateful for meal prep days. Today I roasted butternut squash and brussell sprouts, cooked up French lentils and chicken for my guys, and made a garlic vegan Alfredo sauce. I will pair the sauce with wilted spinach, lentils, and veggies and plan to use the rest for some veggies and pasta (or spaghetti squash) later in the week.
